“I stayed for a second time in December with my family and the experience was different than the first time. The proximity to the train station is very convenient, and the reception as well as the check-in process went smoothly. Yahya, the receptionist at my check-in, was amazing. He went out of his way to resolve a technical issue related to my ALL Loyalty program. He called me after I left the hotel to make sure everything was ok on my side. Don't forget to turn on the heater when you arrive. The breakfast was satisfactory but rather expensive compared with the one offered at the Ibis red.”
